Q: Can I return or exchange my suit?

A: We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that all original tags, labels and hygiene liners are attached and intact. Please note that items must be unworn and in resellable condition. You may ship using any carrier that will provide a tracking number. Customers are responsible for the return shipment fee.

Email us at info@saylermade.us and inform us of your return. The written request will have to include the order number, the code of the item(s) to be returned and the reason of return: refund or size exchange. After submitting a request to the Customer Service, customer will receive an email containing the return authorization number (RAN) and the detailed instructions to be followed in order to complete the return. Customer is kindly invited to accurately follow the return instructions. 

For international orders, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.
