We are happy to offer free returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your suit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of your return request. The written request will need to include the order number and the reason of return: refund or size exchange. After submitting a request, customer will receive an email containing a return label and detailed instructions to be followed in order to complete the return. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving the return label.
We accept products bought from saylermade.us in new condition with tags and liners attached for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving them. Please note all final sale items and accessories are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, including items bought with discount or promo codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Once we get your items back, your refund will go back on the card used to make the purchase. Replacement orders for exchanges are sent out after returned items are received by our operations team. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and liners attached. Sayler Made reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards. We strongly recommend you try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective liner.
We offer free domestic shipping in the US. Sayler Made uses UPS or USPS to send orders. All orders are sent from our Savannah, GA studio. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. You will receive an email on the day of the dispatch with the tracking number corresponding to your order. To track your order, please follow the link in your confirmation email.
